**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

Support the Transition Office division in the following areas:

- Work with the University’s senior leadership to develop a University-level change management strategy that supports the delivery of key transformation projects including but not limited to the establishment of a common front door for students, and the centralisation of key corporate functions and student management functions of the member colleges.
- Work collaboratively with members of the arts university and other key stakeholders in communicating and promoting change as well as address potential sources of resistance to change.
- Develop workforce transition plan with detailed timelines and metrics to ensure smooth transition.
- Develop detailed stakeholder engagement and communications plans and initiatives, as well as relevant materials.
- Identify key workstreams to support transition and perform secretariat duties, including setting up touchpoint meetings regularly with key stakeholders across divisions/ teams, to support the various workstreams.

This is an individual contributor role that reports to Director/ Transition Office.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in change management roles in a large organisation.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, facilitation as well as written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to envision, clearly define and execute partnership opportunities that are mutually beneficial on a long-term basis and obtain common understanding with stakeholders.
- Ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Resourceful, keen eye for detail, a good sense of perspective and intellectual curiosity.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, action-focused, and willing to explore new ideas.
