**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:

- Facilitates creation of the Monthly Short Term Plan for Chevron’s Global LNG Portfolio coordinating input from all functions and regions to align on one execution plan. Specifically, optimizes Chevron’s global LNG product-to-customer value chain by developing and executing the Short Term Planning process in collaboration with the LNG Marketing, Trading and Shipping teams as well as the upstream LNG lifting coordination teams.
- Responsible for the identification of global optimisation opportunities throughout Chevron’s LNG portfolio in the short term (up to 6 months).
- Develops scenarios on various LNG production profiles, risk appetites and shipping constraints taking into account customer delivery risk, commercial strategy, enterprise optimization, market structure, arbitrage, working capital, pricing exposure, freight cost, etc.
- Responsible for monitoring execution of the Short Term Plan and assessing changes in assumptions and inputs between plan periods and determining if additional opportunities exist or changes to plans are required.
- Analysis of new LNG portfolio opportunities and contractual optionality via deterministic and probabilistic / stochastic modelling.
- Promotes open and effective communication in all directions and cross-functional collaboration. Communicates plans and provides guidance to performers on executing the plans.
- Ad-hoc projects pertaining to growing Chevron’s gross LNG margin, as required.

**Job Requirements**
- A demonstrated track record of high-level analytic problem solving with a preferred knowledge of LNG scheduling, LNG trading, decision analysis or data science.
- Experience using portfolio optimisation software or linear programming software advantageous, although not essential.
- Demonstrated communication, facilitation and influencing skills with internal stakeholders across functions and assets.
- Demonstrated ability to align, deploy and execute strategies and business plans to deliver results.
- Ability to move between tactical, detailed execution and developing strategic plans.

**Relocation Options**:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

**International Considerations**:
Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
