What You Will Be Learning On:
1. Proficient in using existing software to prepare quotations and invoices based on customer needs.

2. Responsible for handling the full range of corporate secretary duties to ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant laws. Specific tasks include:

- Incorporating new companies;
- Maintaining company secretary records for various entities, including statutory registers;
- Ensuring strict compliance with relevant legal requirements, preparing director/shareholder meeting records and resolutions, and ensuring documents are correctly signed, submitted, and filed;
- Preparing annual declaration forms and other statutory documents, preparing and submitting routine/ad hoc statutory documents, and ensuring timely completion of submissions before the stipulated deadlines;
- Managing Corppass authorization.

3. Conduct background checks before taking on clients and continue to supervise during the engagement.

4. Actively cooperate with external partners such as banks, lawyers, etc.

5. Summarize routine work cases for use as marketing materials.

7. Responsible for proper maintenance of all customer files.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess a good customer service attitude and team spirit.
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese clients.

3. 在承接客户之前进行背景调查,并在承接期间持续监督。

4. 积极与外部合作伙伴合作,例如银行、律师等。

5. 总结平时的工作案例,以便作为营销素材使用。

6. 处理与准证申请相关的事务,包括递交和申诉。

7. 负责妥善维护所有客户文件。
