Facilities Senior Manager - Operations and Maintenance

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out repair and troubleshooting on systems in an unplanned shutdown at the shortest period and to perform root cause analysis, implement action plan to prevent reoccurrence.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry.
- Hands-on experience in day-to-day operation and maintenance essential
- In-depth knowledge in DIW,Gas or Chemical Distribution systems
- Ability to supervise improvement projects
- Supervisory and coaching skills
