**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Take off quantities and participate in private and public project tenders.

2. Assess and submit monthly progressive claim and recommend subcontractor’s monthly progress payment.

3. Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both main contract and subcontract works.

4. Responsible to prepare necessary documentations from shortlisting to award contracts, process includes evaluation, comparison and recommendation.

5. Monitor records and manage all correspondences, meeting minutes, variation orders relevant to the sub-contractors and suppliers.

6. Do awarding of subcontracts and preparation of subcontracts related documents.

7. Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for production.

8. Finalise main contract and subcontract’s final account.

**Requirement**:
1. Diploma in quantity surveying, electrical engineering or equivalent

2. Minimum 1 year of local working experience in construction industry

3. Knowledge of autocad and revit will be a bonus

4. Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills and a team player

5. Meticulous in work and analytical skill in problem solving

6. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Verbal and written)

7. Well versed in Microsoft office, excel, powerpoint.

8. Able to start immediately.
