**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time, High Commission-Based

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed target revenue goals.
- Leverage existing industry contacts and networks in IT and cybersecurity to generate leads and close deals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with clients to offer tailored training solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Travel is required to meet potential clients, attend industry events, and expand our market presence.
- Provide feedback from the market to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring a high level of commitment and dedication.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Diploma holders with significant experience may also be considered.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT, cybersecurity, education, or professional certification training industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the IT and cybersecurity sectors, either locally, regionally, or globally.
- Aggressive and persistent in pursuing sales opportunities, with a track record of achieving high sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English. Fluency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Ability to create and execute effective sales plans and marketing strategies.
- Outspoken and confident in presenting ideas and engaging with clients.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet business needs.
- Self-motivated with a drive for success, able to work independently and as part of a team.
