A global bank is seeking a highly skilled Full stack Developer to join our dynamic team at a leading financial institution in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions for our financial products and services.
- Frontend Development: Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js. Ensure a seamless user experience by integrating with internal APIs and implementing robust client-side logic.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. Optimize server-side performance and ensure data integrity and security.
- Work on integrating various financial systems and third-party services, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the stack, providing support for both development and production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Profound hands-on JavaScript/TypeScript programming skills
- Deep knowledge of current JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS) and technologies (Typescript, Node.js)
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, NPM).
- Core Java & related utilities/libraries, particularly collections, JSON, JDBC, Maven.
- Spring Framework including Spring Boot, JDBC templates and JPA.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of Unix Operating system and bash scripting
- Good code review skills, and pride in code quality
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, to work in an agile environment.
- Work experience in the financial industry preferable

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Retention bonus

- Java: 8 years (preferred)
