**Job Description**:
Regrow Herbal Hair Treatment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hair Therapist Cum Consultant at our salon in Singapore. As a Hair Therapist cum Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling salon services and hair products, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

**Responsibilities**:
Hair Therapy
- Engage with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend appropriate hair treatments and products.
- Provide hair treatments to clients
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of treatments.

Sales
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of salon services, treatments, and retail products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed about the latest hair care products, trends, and industry developments.
- Provide expert advice on product selection and usage.
- Knowledge in Traditional Chinese Hair Treatment is an advantage

Customer Service:

- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance their salon experience.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotion:

- Actively promote and participate in salon marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Hair Styling/Consultation/Treatment, Beauty Industry).
- Experience in sales and marketing, especially in the beauty or salon industry, is ideal
- Knowledge of salon services and hair care products is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Willingness to undergo training to acquire product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese

Availability:

- Immediate availability to start in the role.

Compensation:

- Competitive basic salary depending on experience and qualifications.
