**Requirements**:

- Team Management - oversee the tiling team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to the required standard.
- Quality Control - It's the supervisor's responsibility to ensure that all tiling work meets quality standards and adheres to specifications outlined in the project plans and building codes.
- Safety Compliance: Supervisors are responsible for enforcing safety regulations and ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
- Material Procurement: Supervisors may be involved in ordering materials, coordinating deliveries, and managing inventory to ensure that the project proceeds smoothly without delays due to material shortages.
- Problem Solving: Supervisors must be adept at troubleshooting and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the project, whether related to materials, personnel, or logistics.
- Client Communication: Supervisors often serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on the project's progress, addressing any concerns or questions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of work progress, material usage, and any changes to the project scope is essential. Supervisors may be responsible for maintaining project documentation for future reference or audits.
