**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily shop operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Manage staff hiring, scheduling, training, and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and handle ordering of ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are always met.
- Maintain equipment and arrange for repairs or servicing when needed.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with the owner/team on improving workflows, service, and product quality.
- Assist with basic reporting (sales, stock usage, wastage, etc.).
- Support marketing or promotional efforts when needed.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in F&B operations: experience in a juice shop (or cut fruits), beverage express outlet, café, or quick-service environment is preferred
- Willing to work on weekends and shift hours (9am-1pm / 1pm-9pm) and night shifts if required
- Strong leadership skills, you know how to lead a team and bring out their best
- Good understanding of kitchen and counter operations, inventory control, and cost efficiency
- Committed to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
- Enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and creating a positive team and customer environment
- Passionate about wellness, fresh food, and delivering a great guest experience

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
