**Short Description**:
Applicants are invited for a senior faculty position in the Gerontology and Ageing Studies at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
The Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) is one of Singapore's six autonomous universities and its mission is to provide lifelong education that equip learners to serve society. Home to more than 15,000 students, SUSS provides an applied education that targets both fresh school leavers and adult learners, with a focus on the social sciences.
The successful applicant will join the Gerontology Cluster in the S R Nathan School of Human Development. The responsibilities of full-time faculty members include teaching, managing and developing courses, conducting academic and/or applied research, and being involved in activities in the service of SUSS and also outside of SUSS that may include outreach to industry and also involvement in industry projects.
Faculty members will also conduct other duties as directed by the Dean and Provost.
**Job Requirements**:
- PhD degree holder with research in related areas.
- Applicants with teaching and/or research experience in related areas will have an added advantage.
