Launch Manager with Playmade

As our Launch manager, you'll be at the forefront of the Company's expansion into new markets. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
**Franchise Development**:
Identify potential franchisees and evaluate their alignment with our brand standards and values.
Lead the franchise sales process, ensuring compliance with brand standards and legal requirements.
Develop and execute strategies to expand and strengthen the franchise network.
**Launch Operations, Logistics, Layout, Renovation, and Tax Management**:
Oversee the pre-launch setup of new franchise locations, expertise in renovation and layout requirements to ensure a smooth and successful opening.
Coordinate orders for goods and supplies needed for new franchise locations, leveraging your logístical background to optimize supply chain operations and manage import taxes efficiently across various countries.
Ensure compliance with import regulations and tax requirements for each country where franchises are established.
**Training and Support**:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new franchisees, covering operational standards, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
Provide ongoing support to franchisees, including operational guidance, marketing support, and troubleshooting assistance.
**Business Performance and Growth**:
Collaborate with franchisees to set up efficient inventory and ordering systems for ongoing operations.
Analyze market trends and feedback to identify growth opportunities and refine business strategies.
Franchise Network Management:
Act as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, fostering communication, feedback, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, operational standards, and legal requirements.

- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with local counterparts
- Resourceful and strong analytic skills
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business management, Economics, or Marketing
- At least 3 years in proven experience in franchise management, logistics, or operations, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Good understanding of import regulations and tax management across various countries.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management and logistics processes.
- Franchise, multi-chain industry knowledge is a plus.
