**Summary**:
Our client is a leading global provider of power conversion solutions, with a focus on ensuring that critical electrical and electronic equipment operates as safely, reliably, and efficiently as possible.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop test plan & procedures, conduct hands-on tests on SWPS products, circuits, and components.
- Collect test data, generate a test report, and maintain good documentation.
- Design test systems with software and hardware to achieve test automation.
- Conduct FMEA to identify critical and high-risk electrical design, perform evaluation test and risk mitigation.
- Conduct root cause analysis, identify failure mechanisms, and derive countermeasures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain SWPS products through their lifecycles.
- Untap your leadership potential to manage electrical projects and talent resources for career advancement.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in developing, sustaining, manufacturing and testing electronic products, especially on power electronics or switch-mode power supply (SWPS) products.
- Basic knowledge of switch-mode power supply - topology, characterization, testing, simulation, safety, and compliance regulations.
- Able to interpret schematics and circuits, understand component functions and analyse their electrical stresses.
- Experienced in qualifying electronic components and systems, understanding common processes and methods in electronics design and manufacturing.
- Hands-on skills in environmental testing and testing, lab equipment and instruments.
- Experienced in project management, work scheduling, task delegation and stakeholder communication.
- Conversant with EDA tools, with Altium highly desirable.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 - Office tools, Teams, SharePoint.
- Good technical writing capability and documentation skills.
- Result-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate for continuous improvements
