Our client is an established player in the life sciences sector. Due to aggressive growth plans, they now seek an energetic and motivated leader to join them as Senior Finance Manager.

As the most senior member of the finance team in Singapore, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of the organization. Reporting to the Group CFO and with a dotted reporting line to the Country Manager, you will lead the finance team in the daily operations, while setting the direction and plans in line with the organisation’s business strategy. As part of the company wide digitization drive, this role will also play an active role in driving these initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Singapore Finance Department; inclusive of day-to-day operations, setting department’s directions and plans in line with the company’s business strategy.
- Accurate & Timely submission of all Management Accounts and Reporting; monthly, quarterly or year end.
- Monthly Cash Flow Reporting, AR/AP/Inventory. Planning and improve cashflow and working capital requirements.
- Monitor and improve on DSO, DIO & DPO and other KPIs and enhanced business analysis, work closely with relevant department to achieve these objectives.
- Playing a key role in budgeting, forecasting and planning process, managing and coordinating the preparation, consolidation and review of financial accounts in compliance with the reporting standards and other statutory requirements.
- Recommends and implement internal controls procedures on operational and financial processes and ensure consistent to Group’s policies and procedures
- Identification of gaps of team members and build a strong finance team.
- Any other additional tasks as deemed necessary.
- Ensure compliant with the Company’s law and regulation.
- Lead and support the Singapore Business Units on ERP.
