Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience working within greenfield construction projects
- Experience working in a design/build environment for facilities
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, across APAC, as required
Preferred qualifications:
- Professional Engineering License
- 10 years of experience in bidding, designing, operating, and commissioning of HVAC, fire services, and/or plumbing and drainage and fuel oil systems, from central plant to terminal units
- Experience in design, construction, commission, and/or operation of large scale mission critical facilities or data centers
- Experience with HVAC related analysis and engineering software packages
- Knowledge of electrical and control systems
- Fluency in Revit and BIM and discipline-related engineering softwares

As Mechanical Engineer, you will be involved in capital projects from greenfield constructions to third-party facilities, and major modifications to existing infrastructures. You will provide and prepare documents including scopes of works, analysis, specifications, drawings markup and sketches, budget and schedule, interfaces of equipment and systems, startup and commissioning, and review and acceptance of submittals from engineering perspectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and team members to develop and review the mechanical systems including HVAC, fire services, plumbing and drainage services, fuel oil system, etc.
- Interface with the internal product teams and vendors for appropriate development, product insertion, and technical interfaces into projects
- Localize internal standard designs, materials, and equipment for APAC data center projects
- Own and manage the program level electrical system issues regarding the electrical system design, identify and resolve the issues with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Design from due diligence, masterplanning, design and construction completion for data center projects, third-party facilities, and major infrastructure upgrades
