The opportunity:
- Cash Position and Financial Exposure Management: Prepare and analyze cash position reports, monitor financial exposures, and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the Treasury Management System according to treasury and accounting guidelines.- Trade Settlement and Bank Fee Analysis: Ensure the settlement of front office trades and activities, analyze bank fees, ensure timely payment, and identify opportunities for fee reduction.- Bank Account Administration and Compliance: Coordinate with business units and the legal department for bank account administration, maintenance of bank signers, and e-banking system administration, ensuring all bank mandates and signers are updated timely and consistent with Treasury policies.- Auditing and Reconciliation: Conduct regular audits of bank records against the Treasury Management System and other internal systems and perform monthly audits of the bank guarantee database and loan database (including intercompany loans).- Documentation and Compliance: Complete KYC (Know Your Company) documentation and sanctions-related declarations, and document, review, and update operational procedures to support company policies and objectives.- Project Support and Implementation: Assist with the implementation of new banking structures and other ad-hoc treasury-related projects as required.

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 8-10 years of treasury experience and 3-5 years in a management role.- Experience in regional cross-functional communication and influencing.- Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills.- Proven leadership and team management abilities.- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.- Self-starter with cultural sensitivity and the ability to bridge different cultures.
