- Responsibilities
- Perform Month-end closing activities for management reporting and statutory compliance.
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Handle and process payments.
- Quarterly GST submissions.
- Coordinate with external auditors/tax agents/corporate secretary etc.
- Ensure internal controls and policies are followed.
- Support ad-hoc finance/accounting tasks when required.

**Job Requirement**
- Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent qualification in Finance and Accounting.
- Min 1 - 2 years of experience in full sets of accounts (shipping experience would be an added advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
- Must be Initiative, multi-tasking, work independently, hardworking and in responsible manner.
- Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
