Welcome to Music Delight School:
We are looking for enthusiastic staff to join our team

**Education, Training and Experience**
- Minimum “O” levels education with 2 years relevant experience.
- Must be able to read, understand and speak good English.
- Must be able to explain & communicate well with customers
- Must be in good mental and physical condition.
- Must be able to work and cooperate with other employees.

**Working Hours**
- Weekdays: 12.00pm to 9.00pm
- Weekends: 9.00am to 7.00pm
- 3 months’ probation

**Remuneration**
- Full-time: $1800 - $3000/mth
- CPF included

**Overall roles & responsibilities**:
**Training will be provided.**
- Setup Trial Classes, Enrolment of students, Application of GIRO (For school fees)
- Collect school fees on time
- Communicate between Students/Parents and Teachers on progress & class schedule
- Arrange Teacher Absent Tracking (TAT), Student Makeup, Exam registration, Recitals
- Send reminders to Students & Teachers on No Lesson Weeks, Ad-hoc schedules
- Ensure all excel files are up to date - Checklist, Teachers Incident, Deposit, Attendance etc
- Sale of goods
- Manage inventory in the outlet
- Opening & closing of the school
- Housekeeping: School & instruments
- Services: Re-string, Tune, Repair

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
