Warehouse/ Logistics Supervisor

The trainee will manage quantity of stock, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Identify and manage continuous improvement projects. Resolve any arising problems escalating issues as required. As required provide support in solving day-to-day operational issues and reach short
- and long-term performance goals.

**_Specific Responsibilities:

1.Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service in the inventory team.

2. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.

3. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and

consumers.

4. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

5. Arrange and plan out warehouse, plan routes and process shipments.

6. Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

7. Supervise, coach and train the inventory team

8. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

9. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

10. Comply with laws, regulations and OHS&E requirements.

11. Continuously look for improvements to operations.

12. Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies

and manage expectations.
