**Job title** - Senior Specialist MDM

In the Master Data Management (MDM) department, you will be working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient master data setup that supports our business operations. You’ll collaborate with various functions and gain valuable insight into dsm-firmenich’s MDM processes. As part of your role, you will also become familiar with more than 60 processes, including Material Introduction, Maintenance, Commercial, Packaging, and Customer and Vendor Master Data.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Maintain master data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in SAP and other dependent systems
- Provide timely response to the requested services and establish appropriate working relationships with internal customers
- Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business rules by providing adequate support
- Ensure all requests' communications are managed via NOVA
- Manage multiple MDM processes (Material Management, Commercial, Packaging)
- Support on DEMS Review; conduct internal Data Audits; participate in MDM Continuous Improvement Initiatives

**You bring**
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word).
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Highly motivated to learn and eager to grow professionally
- Good communications skills
- Customer centred mindset
