Objectives
- Drive business planning through establishing business strategy/goals to meet the corporate objective
- KPI management to drive performance towards established business goals to meet corporate objectives
- Operate processes to support the business operation and strengthen the control process to address business risks

Key Deliverables
- Drive business planning through establishing business strategy/goals to meet the corporate objective
- Engage and manage internal stakeholders from various businesses in translating business goals (e.g. new products and services) into defined action plans and targets
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Execute integration plan to successfully realize the benefits of an enlarged FX organisation
- Formulate recommendation/solutions to drive integration within the newly formed organization including delivering synergies according to the integration objectives
- Manage and execute the post-merger integration plan and process effectively
- Drive completion of integration activities to achieve long-term corporate goals
- Operate processes to support the business operation and strengthen the controls to address business risks
- Maintain control environment to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, legal guidelines and policies
- Manage day-to-day operational and administrative matters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Consultancy or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business planning, management or consultancy
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- A good team player with a proven ability to work with colleagues
- Independent and possess exceptional problem-solving skills - an analytical, innovative and creative mindset
