**Then come and join our global team as Head of Marketing, Sales Operations & Communications to be fully responsible for the implementation of an integrated Marketing and Communications strategy to support the on-ground Sales Operations in Singapore. The role reports directly to the Country Head of Singapore.**
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
**Primary task**
- You will be responsible for the planning & implementation of all marketing & communication activities for Siemens Healthineers in Singapore.
- You will support the Singapore Country Head with internal & external communication activities.
- You will conceptualize and execute Siemens Healthineers communication activities covering external & internal communication channels for the Singapore market (e.g., exhibitions, customer events, product launches, media/ press, digital marketing, advertising, audio visual, internet, social media, branding, internal events, Intranet, newsletter, and organizational announcements).
- You will develop a digital communication strategy for Siemens Healthineers in the Singapore market.
- You will work closely with key stakeholders from Business Areas, Business Lines, Sales, Clinical and Product teams to develop content according to the local business needs.
- You will ensure that all communication topics are aligned with global and/or regional guidance and communication updates are cascaded to key stakeholders within Singapore.
- You will monitor events, project timelines and ensures that the deadlines are adhered for communication project according to defined project KPIs.
- You will handle, prepare, and record sponsorship requests and letters from individuals, government, and private sectors within Singapore.
- You will be responsible for managing the annual budget for Marketing, Sales Operations and Communications (MSC) for the Singapore market.
- You will be responsible to oversee company website contents, e-campaign and ecommerce strategies.
**Secondary task**
- You will also be responsible for managing the Sales Operations and CRM function to support the Singapore Operations team with forecasting, funnel accuracy, strategic business planning and collaboration support.
- You will lead the MSC function as a Department Head for the Singapore Country organization.
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- You hold a successfully completed degree in Marketing or Media & Communications. A business management degree will be an advantage.
- You have at least 8 years’ experience in a related industry. A PR or Digital Marketing background would be an advantage.
- Experience in Sales Operations and CRM function will be preferred.
**Your attributes and skills**:
- You are a market & communication expert who is adaptable to a rapidly changing and fast paced environment.
- You demonstrate excellent verbal and business writing/ journalistic writing skills along with presentation skills.
- You possess good Project Management skills and strong understanding of all function related processes. You possess ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
- You have acquired experience as a mature project manager, with the skill to handle large projects within matrix organization
- You are customer focused, resourceful, and good team player in an intercultural environment.
- You are highly responsible and passionate individual who is independent and has proactive working attitude.
