Children's Playground Crew

Be part of a specialty indoor playground located at Clarke Quay Central mall. Work in a fun environment surrounded by toys and families with small children.

**Routine Responsibilities**
- Explain play space offerings and admission fees
- Perform basic health check
- Register customers and process payment through the POS system
- Monitor guest attendance
- Organise toys and maintain play themes
- Enforce house rules
- Answer customer enquiries
- Sanitise toys and play surfaces
- Basic housekeeping of common areas

**Work-Related Qualities**
- Experience in retail operations, guest services or hospitality is a plus
- Good communications skills
- Fluent in English, due to our multinational customer base
- Enjoys serving customers
- Works well with a team
- Methodical and self-initiative
- Good attention to detail
- Can handle multiple tasks
- Can commit to work schedule and attendance

**Work Hours and Compensation**
- Total of 42 hours per week, 9 AM to 6/7 PM shifts
- 4 Weekdays & 1 Weekend (Sat or Sun)
- One meal break
- Double pay on public holidays
- Overtime pay
- CPF contribution
- 7 Annual leaves (+2 for each year of service)
- 3 Family care leaves
- Medical leaves according to the Employment Act

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays

- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail Operations, Guest Services or Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
