**Responsibilities**:
You will join the Commercial Risk Brokerage Analytics within Aon to support and work towards achieving a one stop solution for broker analytics, reporting directly to the Associate Director.

The key duties of your role include:

- Write clean, high-quality, performant, and maintainable code
- Follow agile software development practices and contribute to the continuous delivery and integration efforts of the team
- Build and maintain secure, organized, and reusable APIs
- Build maintainable and performant queries on complex data sets
- Take ownership of end-to-end design and implementation of features and enhancements
- Welcome the opportunity to assist and spread knowledge of new technology and best practices to other members of the team
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience backed with some project portfolio
- Proficient in Angular or a similar modern front-end framework (React/Vue)
- Great command of web development and interest in upcoming technology (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap/Angular Material, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Good knowledge of C# / ASP.NET Core or similar frameworks, and experience with REST APIs
- Good intuition on interface design, user experience, and data visualization
- Excellent communication skills to interact with multi-functional global teams
- Experience with SQL databases and handling complex data sets
- Experience with version-control systems (Git/SVN) and CI\CD Tools
- Experience with data visualization and report development
- Great interest and desire to learn new languages and technologies (evaluate, experiment, recommend transition to latest software technologies)
