Position Summary
The role is responsible for ensuring all administrative matters pertaining to the Marketing Function is attended to in a timely and accurate fashion.

**Job Description**:

o Timely collation and dissemination of reports
o Social Media e-filing, Airline e-filing and booking
o Prepare A&P Budget Templates
o Creation of Purchase Orders
o Coordinate activations/events/meetings/projects
o Liaise with team and hotels to organise trainings
o Event support and administrative event support.
o Ad-hoc events - prepare agenda, send event notification to customers, manage RSVP list, logistics and operations management.
o Responsible for overall administrative support for Marketing Team
o Maintain tidiness of Marketing storeroom and update inventory regularly.
o Assist Head of Marketing on organising team meetings and quarterly team building activities.

Skills and Experience
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience.
- Energetic, attention to detail, confident, self-motivated and able to handle multiple / diverse tasks.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholders engagement and management skills.
- Meticulous, strong analytical skills and adaptable to change. -
