Singapore IDEASSCOUT PROJECTS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees and manages construction progress to timely completion
- Manages and plans all aspects of coordination works scheduling and technical coordination of all construction works for the project with all government agencies, statutory boards, and stakeholders
- Prepare the BOQ (breakdown of quantity) by listing down the materials, fittings, and fixtures that will be required.
- Source for quotes on procurement of required material
- Support site operations (field operations)
- Coordinate with sales and suppliers on work specifications and clients’ requirements
- Monitor and ensure that suppliers/sub-contractors work according to schedules
- Conduct checks on the quality of materials, installations and equipment, fabrications, and finishing by suppliers according to requirements
- Conduct on-site servicing to address clients’ feedback
- Conduct on-site supervision of suppliers and move-in arrangements
- Manage clients’ expectations of project scope
- Follow-up with suppliers to rectify defects for completed projects
- Manpower Reporting for site workforce
- Assist the department in any other matters when necessary
- Collaborate with various functions (e.g. Creatives, Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Technology) in the formulation and implementation of short and long-term projects
- Set and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with stakeholders
- Ensure that our product or service matches the brand positioning
- Manage all consultants, subcontractors, and related sub-consultants.
- Prepare and update project critical path schedules, evaluate and monitoring of work progresses, and negotiate for contractual variance claims.
- Establish and implement project plans, enforce project standards and manage project budgets and resources through efficient and effective project management to achieve an improvement of all budgeted profits of all projects undertaken.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in construction management or any other relevant field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in operation (on-site).
- Experience in M&E will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of furniture, material, and finishing will be an added advantage
- Must have technical knowledge in conceptual design drawing and technical drawings
- Knowledge of construction work sequencing will be an added advantage.
- Well-versed with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project.

- Able to multi-task and meet adhere to a tight schedule
- Team player with leadership qualities
- Able to perform under pressure
- Understand all aspects of the construction process
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
