Job Summary
- Ensure the overall planning standard, requirements and relevant project procedures are applied.
- Provision of Project support during proposals/ bid periods, working with the tendering team for evaluation and engineering/ construction proposals.
- Perform any other Business related tasks which may be defined from time to time by the VP - Project Services.
- Development and maintenance of historical data of Engineering/Construction/Commissioning norms for use in bid proposals and future bench marking initiatives.
- Be proficient in at least one relevant engineering discipline and have a thorough understanding of other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Be familiar with Engineering & Project Management systems.
- Be familiar with Shipyard and fabrication yard activities.
- Be familiar with Commissioning and Offshore operations.
- Be fluent in oral and written English.

**Job Description**:

- Prepare and manage Integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning resource loaded Schedule.
- Prepare and maintain S-curves, Manpower histograms and progress monitoring system
- Review of Contractor’s planning procedures for planning, progress tracking and Contractor detailed schedules.
- Consolidate, Monitor, review and analyze the schedule and reports of Contractors, Consultants and vendors.
- Assist in preparation of project Weekly and Monthly reports, analyze achievements and their likely effects on remaining scope of work.
- Attend regular progress meetings with Clients as required, Project Management team, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning as appropriate to ensure the work is being carried out in line with the agreed programs. Coordinate and clarify issues that may cause delay to Milestone Dates.
- Supervision and mentoring of the planning team in their work area and development.
- Ensure the proper interfacing of programs between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Fabrication, Installation and Commissioning as appropriate.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree from an Accredited Institution
- 3 years of Experience working with FPSO projects
