**Your Role**
As Senior Quality Assurance Specialist you are responsible for promoting and integrating quality into every aspect of our business and ensuring that we are operating in full compliance with sound scientific practice, GxP and standard operating procedures. You will report to the Head of Quality and will provide leadership as a QA professional. You will work with local and global teams to lead Quality Improvement activities for the site including the preparation and leading the site Quality Review Board (QRB), collation of data to support internal investigations and management of internal data analytic dashboards. You will act as QA Lead for Client centricity activities on site (e.g provide QA support for client calls, business review meeting, reviewing specific client deviations)
**Who You Are**:
- Must have as minimum Degree or equivalent in Biological Science or Quality Management
- A minimum of two to five years’ experience of working in Quality Assurance or related field within a GxP regulated environment.
- Previous experience of working within a laboratory environment and working within quality driven systems and / or a regulated environment (GLP/GMP)
- Be highly motivated, self-starter demonstrating ability to use initiative with respect to scheduled work activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to priorities own workload, work to tight schedules and adaptable to change
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced and growing environment, while using sound judgment to resolve complex issues and challenges. Comfortable initiating change. Ability to balancing multiple issues and perspectives.
- Capable of making quality related decisions and provide guidance in areas of expertise
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodology and capable of implementing process improvements
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
