Information Technology Support Engineers are in charge of giving technical assistance to organisations and helping resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network concerns. They may help end-users and internal stakeholders remotely and on-site. Information Technology Support Engineers may be primarily concerned with troubleshooting problems, which involve identifying the root causes of software or hardware malfunctions and implementing proper solutions to prevent them from repeating. Information Technology Support Engineers also document reports of technical problems, as well as escalate more complex issues to specialists or higher-ups in the IT department as necessary.

Tasks and duties
- Providing timely and effective technical support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions.
- Installing and maintaining computer hardware and software systems.
- Conducting training sessions for users on particular computer programs.
- Assisting with troubleshooting network connectivity problems and other issues.
- Creating and updating technical documentation and user manuals.
- Implementing and enforcing security protocols and measures.
- Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks and backups.
- Working with other IT professionals and departments.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
