Singapore EVOLUTIONX DEBT CAPITAL FMC PTE. LTD. Full time

**EvolutionX Debt Capital **is a US$500 million growth stage debt financing platform by DBS and Temasek. Headquartered in Singapore, EvolutionX Debt Capital will provide non-dilutive financing to growth stage technology companies across Asia, with a focus on China, India and South East Asia. The fund is looking for exceptional Analyst or Associate to join our investment team. As part of the investments team, you will play an active role in research, deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring, financing transactions as well as portfolio management.

**Core functions/Responsibilities**:

- Taking part in the process of identifying and assessing investment & lending opportunities in growth stage companies (Series C+ and afterwards) in tech/tech enabled sectors in South East Asia, India and, to a lesser extent, China
- Supporting senior investment team colleagues in conducting sector research & target company screening, undertaking due diligence, building detailed financial models and termsheets, deal structuring, negotiations, drafting of investment papers, co-ordination of internal team meetings & approval processes and participating in investment execution (including legal documentation)
- Assisting in regular tracking & updates of portfolio company performance, related fund cash flow management and capital deployment
- Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders in carrying out investment activities
- Other tasks and duties as required by the senior management team

**Background, Skills & Attributes**
- 1-5 years of working experience with a corporate bank (in structured finance, leveraged finance, project finance, etc.), Big 4 accounting firm, venture equity / debt fund, private equity / credit fund, and/or investment bank, with exposure to South East Asia and India (exposure to investing in technology companies is desired, but is not a pre-requisite)
- Basic understanding of and interest in the technology space in South East Asia and India
- High level of interpersonal, communication, writing, presentation, technical and financial modelling skills
- Able to work well within diverse teams and deal with multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to work independently
- Ability to travel
