Dormitory Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements
- Overall in charge of the dormitory and property real estate's Operations to ensure the smooth daily flow of processes.
- Organised and disciplined so as to achieve quality performance through an effective and efficient SOP.
- Manage the onboardings / exits of Tenants and Dormitory residents and attend to their feedback
- Able To Work Independently
- Duties and Responsibilities includes daily operations / inspection of defects and onboardings and exits of migrant workers and all related dormitory duties
- Possess good writing skills and is an independent worker.
- We are situated in the Pioneer / Kian Teck locality.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
