**Position: Restaurant Manager - Up to $4000 - CENTRAL/EAST**:

- **Location: Various location - central and east region**:

- **Working hours: 5 or 6 days and working hours (depending on roster)**:

- **Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4000 + AWS + 14 days of Annual Leave + Transport Allowance (after 12am)**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for smooth and efficient running of the daily operations.
- Achieve sales goals through operational performance and implementing cost-control measures.
- Follow closely to human resource standards, safety and security.
- Ensure high standards of performance, appearance and behaviour at all times.
- Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.
- Maintaining high standards of quality control and hygiene.
- Collect and respond to customer’s feedback and complaints.
- Recruit, train, develop and manage staff.
- Ensure sufficient staffing for Daily operations (Weekly duty roster & Daily station plan).
- To prepare and execute events in the restaurant
- Assisting in planning beverage and wine menu.
- Responsible for monthly Inventory submission.
- To manage Epoint, record new items into POS terminal, Stock Explosion etc.
- Generating monthly reports (Monthly Consolidations, Food, Beverage Sales, Lunch and Dinner Covers etc.)
- Responsible for cash bank-in.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B (Assistant Manager/Manager)
- Food hygiene certification is an added advantage however not a must
