**Job Description**:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely debt collection and recovery.
- Contact borrowers for arrear settlements (Pre-NPL status).
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
- Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit losses.
- Attend to customers regarding payment of installment arrears, insurance fees and overdue interest.
- Attend to customer enquiries, requests and/or complaints promptly and professionally with quick resolution to maintain Bank’s service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly internal & regulatory reports accurately & timely.
- Continuously improve the debt collection process by identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 3 years of collection experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Legal experience and MAS regulatory knowledge related to debt recovery processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
