We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of improvement and growth. We are inviting experienced and self-motivated individuals to join our fast expansion team as Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of A&A projects from initiation to completion.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
- Prepare Bills of Quantity
- Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures
- Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
- Monitor and keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget
- Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
- Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
- Carry out contract administration duties

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution / University
- At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Be able to take instructions and work independently
- Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels
- Able to work well in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $5,500.00 per month
