**About the team**
Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.
**About the role**
- Prioritise and manage an allocated caseload by processing requests and coordinating with patients and stakeholders
- Consolidate data from various sources to prepare and process medical reports in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating a positive and professional attitude
- Ensure home-based appointments are managed accordingly to NCIS/CDC guidelines
- Escalate cases and requests to managers as required per protocol
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
**About you**
- Able to commit for a 5.5 days work
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare industry required
- Prior experience in customer service with a proven track record in planning, organisation and coordination will be preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and one other language in order to communicate with various patient profiles
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems is a must
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
