**Job Description**:
This position is part of a multi-geographical support team tasked to provide support and solution to customers to integrate DDR/HBM subsystem into their chip. Each member of the team is expected to be self-driven and show good customer interfacing skill.

**Responsibilities**:
Integrate, verify, synthesize and deliver the DDR/HBM subsystems to the customer.

Be a single point contact to facilitate and answer customer queries to integrate the subsystems in their full chip design.

Ability to know timing constraints for the physical design will be an advantage.

Skillset to create and verify additional feature at the sub-system level to support specific. clock/reset architecture, DFT requirements will be a plus.

Provide post silicon debug support to the customer and to our test engineering (for BIST etc) if required.

**Knowledge and Experience**:
5+ years of hands-on experience in RTL/subsystem design & verification.

Good knowledge of the DDR/HBM architecture.

Good debug capabilities both for RTL & gate level simulations and understands latest verification methodologies.

Should be willing to learn new protocols.

Experience in Synthesis (Genus/DC), Formal Verification (LEC/Formality), Spyglass and timing constraints is a big plus

Palladium and FPGA experience is a plus

**Education**:
Bachelor/Master/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with related experience is preferred.
