**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated **Assistant Warehouse Manager **to oversee and manage warehouse operations effectively. This role involves ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and distribution processes while upholding safety and operational standards. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, leading teams, and contributing to the efficiency of the company's supply chain.

Location: Pandan area, West region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standards.
- Implement operational and safety policies, procedures, and security measures to protect staff, inventory, and facilities.
- Ensure the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment while managing equipment maintenance schedules.
- Act as the Company's **Safety Officer **, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, including inventory records.
- Motivate, mentor, and discipline staff to foster a productive and engaged workforce.Assist with deliveries when necessary and handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in warehouse management or a similar role.
- **Education**: Degree or higher.
- **Language**: Proficiency in simple Japanese is preferred due to the nature of the company's operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse management procedures, inventory controls, and IT systems.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.Valid driving license and forklift operation skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
