Singapore US Office of Personnel Management Full time

**Duties**:

- Ensure that all document deliverables supporting OPM's Risk management Framework (RMF) implementation (e.g., system and privacy plans, information system contingency plans and functional test reports) are complete in terms of quality and accomplished on-time and according to a communicated schedule.
- Develop creative, forward-thinking, and automated techniques (where feasible) for the continuous evaluation of cybersecurity and privacy controls resulting in increased efficiency and reduced level of effort.
- Navigating heterogenous technical environments composed of multiple on-premises and cloud-based systems, interacting with multiple service providers, and internally
- and externally managed support teams.

- Manage the preparation of assessment and authorization package for all OPM systems and services such that all environments are ready to be assessed according to the established schedule.
- Lead a predominantly ISSO workforce to maintain a collaborative customer experience through active engagement, maturation of technical capabilities, and a consistent manner that aligns with management's strategic goals.

**Qualifications**:
**Basic Requirements**:You must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed. Please respond Yes or No if you possess such experience.

- 4) Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.

**Specialized Experience**:For the GS15: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service or the private sector. Specialized experience for this position includes:Specialized experience for this position includes all of the following:

- 1) Interpreting agency-wide cybersecurity guidance and directives, and establishing standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure appropriate design, implementation, compatibility, and compliance; and
- 2) Collect and evaluate information from multiple sources to identify intelligence gaps in support of operational programs; and
- 3) Experience interfacing with internal and external organizations to coordinate and collaborate on cybersecurity intelligence activities.
- 4) Manage the assessment and authorization preparations ensuring all systems are ready o be assessed.

- Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
