As a Full Stack Developer at Kyndryl you are the bridge between business problems and innovative solutions, using a powerful blend of well-defined methodologies, statistics, mathematics, domain expertise, consulting, and software engineering. You'll wear many hats, and each day you will dive deep into the heart of our business, understanding its objectives and requirements - viewing them through the lens of business acumen, and converting this knowledge into a data problem. You’ll collect requirements, seek clarifications and rapidly prototype PoCs that will guide the creation of more stable versions of software.

Required Skills and Experience- 5+ years of software development experience, with some exposure to AI & Analytics domain, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships- Collaborate with customers and account partners to identify new software service opportunities, and build proposals and pitch materials to position Kyndryl as a trusted partner for digital transformation- Lead and advice on UI development using Javascript, NodeJs or Streamlit- Understand customer's needs and assess their tech stack maturity- Evaluate and recommend appropriate software pipelines, frameworks, tools and platforms- Lead data feasibility studies and PoC projects to demonstrate the value and viability of Data and AI solutions- Develop end to end AI PoC projects using HTML, CSS, Javascript, NodeJS, Django, Python etc.- Have experience in cloud services of AWS / GCP / Azure- Have experience with databases on prem and on cloud like MySQL, PostrgreSQL, MongoDB and more- Collaborate with AI architects and engineers to data scientist and develop Data and AI solutions tailored to the clients’ requirements- Lead full stack development and integration of Data and AI models into the software system- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technologies along with best practices to develop thought leadership and PoV- Work with cross-functional team and partners to develop/ enhance and package AI offerings and assets for customer-facing discussions- In-depth understanding of full stack components and the ability to choose the right components for each problem solving- Experience working with customers in different industries and understanding their specific challenges and requirements

Preferred Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field Skilled in planning, organization, analytics, and problem-solving.- Cloud certifications related to architecting in one of AWS, GCP, Azure- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members.- Comfortable working in an agile mode.- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.- Strong Business acumen and understanding of industry trends and challenges in Data, AI and Generative AI.- Strong leadership skills and proactive and self-driven attitude.- Advanced communication and storytelling skills.- Highly adaptable and flexible through shifting priorities.
