**Job Description**:
Greenwood Fish Market, a well-known seafood restaurant located in Bukit Timah and Sentosa, is seeking a skilled and experienced Seafood Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting seafood operations, assisting customers in our retail store, and making deliveries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with seafood operations, including preparation and packaging of seafood products for sale
- Providing excellent customer service to our retail customers, answering questions and providing advice on seafood products
- Assisting in retail cashiering duties if required
- Making deliveries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer and team satisfaction
- Loading and unloading goods as required
- Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle, performing regular maintenance and reporting any issues to the management team
- Assisting with other duties as assigned by the management team

**Qualifications**:

- Singaporeans and PRs only
- Has at least 1 years of relevant working experience in F&B establishments of a similar niche
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Passion for seafood and a willingness to learn about different seafood products and their preparation
