Singapore?s economic growth is increasingly knowledge-based, relying on brain health across the population as the foundation for human capital. The challenge is to promote brain health across society, which demands studies of brain development and function across diverse cultural and socio-economic contexts.
The Translational Neuroscience initiative aims to target the determinants of individual differences and study brain health across the population, through neuropsychological, cognitive, developmental, behavioral assessments. We will leverage advances in neuroscience to address major public health challenges facing Singapore?s society.

**Job Description**:

- Plans and coordinates the initiation of research study protocol, and the establishment of operating policies and procedures.
- Plans, implements, and maintains data collection in accordance to research protocol
- Ensures the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of research and data collection activities
- Monitors the progress of research activities; develops and maintains records of research activities, and prepares periodic and ad hoc reports, as required by investigators, administrators, funding agencies, and/or regulatory bodies.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

BSc degree in psychology, biology, social work or related fields
At least 1 year experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Willingness and availability to consistently work on one or both days on a weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Prior experience in recruitment of research participants (adolescents/young adults) is highly desirable.
Team oriented, proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently, good communication skills and able to multi-task.
