**Sales & Marketing Manager (Hotels and Restaurant)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handles Account details of MICE, Corporate, FIT, GIT, Leisure and Wedding Clients so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented.
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking.
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities.
- Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with major MICE and corporate groups and clients
- Conduct yourself as a professional representative of the hotel at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing plan.
- Negotiate and review weddings / events packages offered to clients
- In charge of preparing and reviewing all event P&L to ensure maximum profitability
- Working closely with Operation team to facilitate services agreed upon and to ensure the overall success of the event
- Sets up exhibits which involves physical set-up
- Conducts surveys and studies the market place and territories in order to capitalize on the hotel and restaurant’s strengths
- Develops customer profiles and maintains an effective trace system, in order to best meet the clients’ needs
- Maintains open communication with all coworkers for the best guest experience.
- Prepare event orders, proposals, confirmation and other agreements to be provided to Hotel, Kitchen and Restaurant Team
- Conduct site-inspection for all clients at Restaurant & Hotel
- Promote guest satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Handle feedback and resolve complaints from guests
- And other duties as assigned by the General Manager

**Job Requirements**:

- Maximizes revenue by selling all facets of the hotel and restaurants
- Regularly meets and exceeds assigned revenue goals
- Maintains and keeps accurate sales records and reports
- Travels both locally to conduct outside sales calls to promote the hotel and review competition to develop leads
- Prepares information for sales meeting, meets with and entertains clients as deemed appropriate by potential business from the account
- Promptly follows up on all accounts needs and inquires
- Has the ability to communicate with customers in a friendly, positive and professional manner
- Has the ability to comply with company standards
- Has the ability to speak in a public setting
- Prior Hotel & Restaurants sales experience required
- Able to work independently and under pressure

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
