**Responsibilities**: - Responsible for day-to-day operations at the clinic - Assist the Doctor as they provide chiropractic and physical rehabilitation treatment - Management of invoices and payments at the clinic - Ensure that the clinic is kept clean and tidy at all times - Participate in corporate events (if required) - *Rotation to different clinics (other branch in Clementi) when deemed necessary to support the clinic operations* **Requirements**: - Possess excellent communication skills - Work proactively within a team of staff - Confident and fluent in English - Computer Literacy is required - Responsible, dependable, and punctual - Willingness to learn and grow in a clinic environment - Previous experience in customer service is preferred **Working hours**: 5 work days - 4 Weekdays & 1 Weekend (38hrs only) Monday to Friday: 10.00am - 2.00pm, 4.00pm - 8.00pm Saturday & Sunday: 9.00am - 3.00pm **Benefits**: - Complimentary chiropractic treatment - Short working hours - Young and dynamic work environment - Career development - Medical claims and employee health insurance **Our Story** One Spine Chiropractic came to life in 2019 when two friends Dr. Melanie and Dr. Anthony decided to combine their years of chiropractic wellness experience.
