**Key Responsibilities**:

- Register and manage job files and quotation lines
- Verify container details, ETA, trip options, weight class, and delivery location
- Calculate charges based on tariff, depot receipts, and LOLO costs
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and depots for accurate cost tracking
- Generate standard and reimbursement invoices in iLogon system
- Ensure proper documentation and supporting attachments for invoicing
- Maintain weekly billing summary reports and update customer reference numbers
- Liaise with internal teams to confirm job accuracy before billing

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or operations (preferably in container trucking)
- Basic knowledge of Portnet, depot processes, and transport billing
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP/invoicing systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skillsAble to work independently and as part of a team
