Singapore ST ENGINEERING E-SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

Job Description:
1. Handle the registration to enrolment process.

b. Follow-up and confirm fees received

c. Process SFC/PSEA/bursary request

2. Send course material printing order to vendor (as required)

3. Print and distribute student cards

4. Print attendance list (selected courses)

5. Execute post-course administration.

a. Trigger prints of e-certificates with 2 weeks from course or assessment

end date, whichever is later

b. Print and distribute certificates and transcripts

c. Dissemination of results on the same day

d. Administer and collate course survey via the training management system or FormSG

6. Perform course finance operations and administration

a. Issue invoice

b. Process refunds

c. Updating receipting files

Skills and Knowledge:
1. ITE Certificate holder or higher or with relevant working experience.

2. Have good English proficiency.

3. Good Communication skills and is a team player

4. Possesses basic information and communication technology (ICT) skills

1 year contract with benefits, renewable based on company requirements and discretion
