DESIGNATION : Executive, Program Management (FE)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Executive, Program Management**

To meet growing demands, our Program management team is looking for individuals who are passionate and able to work well under pressure in a fast
- paced, high volume environment. As an integral part of the team, you are required to provide efficient and effective support. You should possess excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask on administrative work and adapt to changes. **Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Student Management**
- Conduct welcome orientation/ inductions for students.
- Start class for new modules.
- Conduct class visits.
- Attending student forums/ program committee meetings and student feedback sessions
- Updating students with concise information on time(program updates
- course details, results release and graduation information)
- Draft Ad - Hoc program updates
- Responding to student administrative enquiries
- Resolving any student complaints or feedbacks
- Provide advice and solutions for student issues.
- Feedback student issues to the Academic team or Student Counsellors
- Issue warning letter for students with low attendance
- Building Rapport with students.

**University Management**
- Liaising with universities on student enquiries/ request
- Liaising with universities on meetings or events such as forums
- Communicating and negotiating with universities on student issues/ problems
- Build relationship with Universities.

**Cross department Communication**
- Communicate with other internal departments for clarification for student issues.
- Responding to government agencies for student enquiries

**Teamwork & Personal Development**
- Communicating regularly with Back
- end counterpart to achieve work efficiency & effectiveness.
- Provide support to other members in the organization wherever necessary.
- Propose idea for work improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline
- Experience in the education industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
