Visual Merchandiser

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage VM activities for Outlets, Concession stores and Wholesale POS.
- Plan and strategize local implementation of seasonal floorsets, brand launches and promotions in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute seasonal visual change-overs for all Fossil Group brands in accordance to regional guidelines.
- Conduct store visits to key stores.
- Prepare and collate seasonal Visual Excellence Photo Report for submission to Regional VM Team.
- Coordinate between sales team and local vendor for all VM installations.
- Work closely with local sales team and store team to manage business needs relating to VM efforts.
- Provide VM guidance and training to local sales and store teams to maintain VM standard.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Visual Merchandising or any related design course highly preferred
- Computer proficiency with knowledge in MS Office, Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop
- Min 3 years visual merchandising experience within the fashion industry
- Understanding of visual merchandising and have a creative flair
