- Regional IT; Responsible for Project Management Activities of IT Project(S); or Support of More Senior Level Project Management Staff for High Complexity Projects; Project Management Activities Include Development & Maintenance of Project Schedules; Status Reporting; Issue Management; & Other Tasks Required to Effectively Manage & Monitor a Project through to Successful Completion (On Time; within Budget; Adhering to High Quality Standards; & Meeting Customer Expectations); Tracks Project Spending Against Budgets; Drafts & Reviews Documentation in Compliance with Fedex Global Development Process & Ensures all Project Deliverables are in Compliance with the Fedex Global Development Process;

- Bachelor’s degree, Preferably in Finance, Business or IT related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years relevant business experience, otherwise may be considered for junior level analyst roles.
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills
- FP&A Experience in a large MNC organization, Prior experience working closely with IT departments is preferred
- Financial Modeling Experience
- Strong capabilities in MS Excel, MS Project, PowerBI, Power Automate and other analytical tools such as Spotfire.
- Capabilities in UX (User Experience)/Graphics Design, photography/videography/editing and multi media tools.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems such as Oracle
- IT Finance
- Work closely with Finance (FP&A and Accounting) and IT teams at both regional and global level, to:

- Provide end to end IT Finance management and support for APAC ITD, from budgetary planning, forecasting, invoice management, reporting, and variance analysis for multiple functional/domain areas/sub regions.
- Develop and present financial analyses, reports, and presentations to senior leadership to support decision-making for new investments, on monthly basis and/or upon requests, ensuring data consistency and completeness.
- Monthly capital budget tracking for key initiatives from IT perspective, at both O&D level and working levels
- Ensure all IT committed capital spending are closed/booked as planned
- Track corporate chargeback so that this can be reconciled and incorporated in annual budget planning
- Track cost savings and uncontrollable expenses
- Assist with enhancements and maintenance of the financial model for end to end financial management and reporting
- Obtain a solid working knowledge of the primary drivers of IT operations and projects and their impact on financial performance
- IT Communications
- Develop effective communication strategies for APAC IT Department
- Work closely with Regional/international/Corporate Communications team to ensure good alignment and participation in forums at regional and global level.
- Manage internal communications (memos, sharepoint portal, newsletters, videos etc) for APAC IT Department
