**What you will do**:

- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial business case development and economic analysis to final delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with measure owners and stakeholders to establish clear expectations, deliverables, and maintain open communication throughout the project
- Assemble and manage the project team, ensuring the right resources are available and effectively allocated to meet project objectives
- Identify potential risks early in the project and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Monitor and report on project metrics, including time, cost, and quality, providing regular updates to stakeholders and the Steering Committee

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields
- Minimum 4-6 years in project leadership, demonstrating strong project management skills and methodologies
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive operational improvements effectively
- Experience in managing teams and resources within manufacturing, service, distribution, and supply chain operations
- High level understanding of manufacturing environment, medical devices or technology, coupled with good operations finance acumen.
- Personal competencies_
- Good communication and leadership ability
- Willing to learn attitude
- Willing to travel and/or work in other countries for an extended length of time, as required.
