We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our MSc Academic and Programme Management Team within the Academic Programme Office (APO) of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).

As a Manager at EEE, NTU, you will oversee the strategic planning and operational management of academic programs within your assigned department. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of administrators to ensure the effective delivery of academic programs and services.
- Managing program budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting to support departmental objectives.
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance program quality and student experience.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote program excellence and innovation.
- Utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in program outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of administrative experience is required. Experience in educational administration or programme management is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
- Previous experience in data analytics or statistical analysis is advantageous.
- Familiarity with higher education policies and accreditation standards is beneficial.
